A short documentary about Syria, refugees and rap. Samir (13), Abdul Rahman (12) and Mohammed (9) fled Syria for their lives. As refugees in Lebanon, they discovered rap music as an outlet for the loss and pain that they had experienced, a way to rationalise the violence they had witnessed, and a beacon of hope in a bleak and dangerous future. The film was shot in the Bekaa Valley in December 2015, and screened on the BBC and MPC.
